WHO WE ARE
IMPACT SECURITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. was formed and registered in 2007 and licensed by Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) of the Singapore Police Force.
We provide a one-stop solution to our clients’ security needs and demands. The security industry is constantly changing and evolving. Technology has crept into every aspect of our lives, including security. To enable us to have a more competitive edge, we need to embrace changes in technology and incorporate them to provide value-added services solutions to our clients beyond just providing physical security services.
Our main objective is to leverage our security services with technology to provide more cost efficient and quality service to our clients which spans from commercial, industrial and residential sectors and event security.

OUR TEAM
Director
Our Director has served and retired from the Singapore Police Force after a tenure of 30 years, of which 26 years were served with the Internal Security Department (ISD). During his service with ISD, he was awarded several High Commendations and Testimonials for the preservation of public security. He had also been awarded both the National Day Long Service Award as well as the Police Long Service Award for his dedication and commitment. He has related experience in managing security agencies and security officers with several established security agencies before embarking on his own.
He was awarded the NTUC May Day Award in 2018 for his significant contributions to maintain good labour-management relations.
Security Officers
Our Security Officers are all WSQ trained or former Police/SCDF Officers who are able to adapt and equipped with new skills to keep them updated with the constantly changing and evolving security landscape. They comprise of multi-racial Singaporeans and Permanent Residents as well as foreign workers from Malaysia. Our Security Officers are very carefully selected based on stringent criteria and are trained before deploying them to the sites. All Security Officers have Security license and approved by PLRD.
